Mr. Hagemann began his career as an Internet Entrepreneur.  He founded several e-commerce businesses during the dot-com boom.  After the fervor behind the dot-com boom died down, Mr. Hagemann decided to expand his education.  He earned a master's degree in economics and was ranked in the top ten percent of his law school class at UCLA. During law school, he received the highest grade of any student in five of his law school courses.

Mr. Hagemann worked for the nation's number one rated litigation law firm, Kirkland & Ellis, LLP¹.  After working for Kirkland & Ellis, LLP., Mr. Hagemann decided to offer his real world business knowledge and the knowledge he acquired through education by starting his own practice.

Mr. Hagemann has successfully served as lead counsel in countless cases, including several jury trials to verdict, bench trials, arbitration hearings, and appeals.
